The main reason I purchased another GM product was the dealership. I had many electrical problems with my Envoy XUV and Becker always strived to do their best by me even though I purchased the vehicle at another area dealership. the performance of my sales conslutant was the icing on the cake. Low pressure and very helpful. |

Dale, hi!Anyway, I drive a 2004 Yukon Denali which I bought from you. It has been a super car, now with 92000 miles. The only problem ever was front wheel bearings about 40000. Covered by ext warranty. I had it serviced today. And I am struck by the fact there is never any nasty surprises at your dealership. Prices are always fair in fact maybe more than fair. I also have a import, which has 15000 miles and every service I just about fall through the floor on the costs and the poor service experience. You guys are the last of a breed of local family dealerships. And I want you to know how much I appreciate you taking care of your car owners. Thanks for how and what you do. Gary Lorentzen |

The salesman, James White, went out of his way to help us. He even personally delivered the car to out home, when my wife was very ill with chemo treatment, so she would not have come in to the dealership to sign the paper work. We really appreciated his service and help. |

John Ledgerwood treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy every time we met with him. He made us feel like we were all family and we were going through the features and the drive much like we would with our own family. They really helped me with my trade even though I tried to sell it myself. I sold the existing car within a few days and Becker allowed me to keep the car in a secure area until I could get my existing car sold. |

A big thanks to the becker buick finance department for their help in getting me financed. they shopped around for me and found me the best rate- and it was not even over 20%, but at 11%, pretty good for my tarnishd credit scores. a quality car was important to me to get the most for my money. |

I have used both their body shop and detail services on more than one occasion and I am always impressed with the quality and speediness they present. This little hometown dealership has a lot to offer to the Spokane area. I will take my car nowhere else now and when I am ready to make a purchase again of a car I will come here, I only wish I would have known about them when I bought my last car. Now I know! |
